August 01, 2015

For this episode we turn the tables on CCP Host and Associate Director of Ticket Services, Chuck Clay, as his wife and frequent co-host Carmen Gomez asks the questions and puts Chuck on the Hot Seat! Listen now to find out what makes Chuck tick!

CHUCK CLAY (creator and host) is a theater ticketing professional, a writer, actor, director and full-time stage enthusiast from the dusty plains of West Texas. He is the Founding Artistic Director of Shakespeare by the Bay and Crossbones Theatre Company in Panama City, Florida. For several years he was Director of Theatre at Bay Center for the Arts, where he ran a vital and thriving drama club and Thespian troupe, and was adjunct acting faculty at Gulf Coast State College. He was thrilled to be associated with both Shakespeare Theatre and Studio Theatre in Washington, DC. He is a prize-winning playwright (Drifting, Snap Judgments), a poet, and a failed novelist. A jack of many trades and absolute master of none, he has worked professionally as an actor, director, educator, stage carpenter, run crew, electrician/technician, house management, ticketing, and briefly as a costume shop assistant. he found himself suddenly a West Coast transplant with a lengthy commute. He grew quickly dissatisfied with the lack of free theatrical audio content and the idea for a podcast was born. He is now an avid podcaster and has several more podcasts in development. He is currently the Associate Director of Ticket Services at South Coast Repertory in Costa Mesa, CA. Though the magical transformative powers of the interwebs he is now an ordained minister of Dudeism, the fastest growing internet religion, and is available to officiate at weddings!
