Chuck and Carmen sit down for an in-depth conversation with Stephanie Draude, Front of House Manager at South Coast Repertory, about the perils of house managing, being an advocate for the patrons, the joys of musical theatre, and the importance of early arts education and outreach. Stephanie is a ball of energy and enthusiasm. She is a passionate and multifaceted performer. She is a dynamo. We can't wait for you to meet her!
Stephanie Draude is a long time lover, participant and patron of the theatre. She has performed in numerous productions throughout California as well as working behind the scenes with some of Orange County’s premiere theatre companies. She currently works as the Front of House Manager at South Coast Repertory. When she is not busy helping patrons, Stephanie enjoys working with Pacific Symphony’s Class Act program where she travels to elementary schools to conducts Interactive Musical Experiences with students. In her spare time, she enjoys creating one of a kind theatre pieces with her friends, where the audience not only watches, but directly participates the action. Favorite credits include [title of show] (Susan), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Christine), Seussical (Gertrude), The Redneck Wedding, RENT, The Full Monty and Dreamgirls.She is a proud graduate of UC Irvine with her BA in Drama and Honors in Musical Theatre.
