Lita Lopez has been addicted to performing since age 5 and fueled that addiction as much as possible on the community theater stages of her hometown and high school. She received a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Performance with an Associated Study in Writing & Literature from the esteemed University of Evansville, one of the most selective and decorated theatre programs in the country. 

She can be seen performing improv most Saturday nights at L.A. Connection Comedy Theatre in Studio City as well as the last Fridays of the month at iO West in Hollywood. She has appeared in films such as U.K. release, Abducted, (nominated for the U.K.'s National Film Awards Best Independent Feature) on tv on AMC, TLC and the Food Network and in commercials (most recently a national 5 Hour Energy spot)  She is also an award-winning screenwriter.
