Adam Lewis returns with the latest from the growing and vastly talented Cumbrian music scene.

Along with co-host Dan Mason and special guest Jonny Foster, frontman of headlining Carlisle band Hardwicke Circus, Adam features tracks from local bands Over & Out, Kontiki Suite, House of Three Hands and the "Dude" himself: Fading Face.

Jonny performs two superb live acoustic tracks and there is even an exclusive and, for the elderly, there totally unplugged version of a Mike & The Mechanics classic.
