Boys are simply an aggravation to the grand scheme.
When Title IX was passed in 1970 - government can’t fund anything for a gender specific endeavor unless it funds BOTH genders.

This is what truly started all of this gender nonsense.
Title IX is a federal civil rights law in the United States of America that was passed as part of the Education Amendments of 1972.
All sex based programs must be funded equally or based upon the distribution of attendance by sex. Now that universities are increasingly attended by women (a 55-45% majority) the majority of majors and other funding within universities ate focused on women.
