In this edition of the Crossover Comics Podcast, we tackle some tough issues that have been plaguing the internet. Namely, the casting of Ben Affleck as Batman! We touch on some other Superman/Batman casting rumours, before diving into news of Justice League Canada. Finally we close off with Galactus’ Hunger for the Ultimate Universe.

I think we take a moderate view on what Ben Affleck is going to be like playing Bruce Wayne for the next 60-80 years, and the prospect of having Bryan Cranston as Lex Luthor definitely lends some critical plausibility to the film.

Meanwhile, Jeff Lemire and DC’s Justice League Canada should be very interesting, if only because it takes place in Canada. Plus, when has Jeff Lemire ever steered comic fans wrong? We discuss the roster and try to estimate how long the book is going to last before becoming a different Justice League book. George is still holding out for the return of Justice League Antarctica.
