In this episode, I am sharing our first creative self-care challenge! In light of recent events and dealing with some tough family health concerns, we will be taking some time to do some extra self-care in these next few weeks. Instead of interviews, we will posting a series of creative self-care challenges instead as we take some time to heal and get back to our groove. Once we are back in that place, we will be recording our 100th episode and releasing that (a Q&A episode!).
