Welcome to session number 16 of the Craft Beer Showdown Podcast. You might notice this episode is a little out of order since we just finished session 19 with Troegs Brewing. Session 16 is both my favorite and most difficult Podcast to date. Technical difficulties plagued us throughout this episode and actually ended with Randy's computer dying and him getting cut off from the show. 
Most of these issues were edited out by yours truly, but it took a lot of time, hence the delay in its release. Andy, Amanda, and I had a blast talking with Randy and I hope I can do it again soon.
 

Randy Mosher is a renowned author of books on beer and brewing like Tasting Beer, Brewer's Companion, and my personal favorite, Radical Brewing.
These books have an enormous amount of information in them but still keep that ease of readability that's necessary to learn, especially from a beginner's mindset.
Randy is currently finishing up a new book that looks to be pretty amazing and full of a lot of information to get people to not only brew, but to understand what they are brewing.
