Last year, we talked to Miller McSwain about why he chose his first house hack, a single-family home in Colorado Springs.  He and his wife were fresh out of college and excited to start their real estate investing journey in their new state.  How are things going for them a year later?  We checked back in with Miller to find out how his first house hack played out and get all the details on the second one.

Thanks to Miller’s motivation to break Jeff White’s 7 house hack record, he and his wife moved into House Hack #2 the day after they met the 1-year occupancy requirement of their first house.  They took what they learned through trial and error in the first house and used it to refine their systems for their second.  Find out what worked and what didn’t by listening to the podcast.
