It's Fashion Week, which means the same thing in Night Vale as it does everywhere else: lots of people trying to show off how hip they are, lots of interesting outfits, a giant sphere rolling down the street swallowing everyone who isn't fashionable enough, people running and screaming, you know, the usual. Attendance is mandatory.

(Of course there's also the matter of Cecil's big announcement...)
