In 2015 the Collaborative Business podcast will be theme based, every month I will discuss a relevant theme for the collaborative business world with my guests. For January the theme is “looking ahead”, in other words I am hearing my guests out on what they expect will be the trends for 2015 in the collaborative business world.
In this episode I am bringing back my friend Anoop Nathwani and we talk about his expectations for the year. Anoop recognizes two main trends for the year: first he expects a rise in awareness among CPO’s that collaboration with suppliers is essential and second he expects more collaboration among competitors. 
In our conversation Anoop is extensively using examples from developments in alliances we have seen last year to look ahead. IBM, Apple, Renault, Nissan, Proctor & Gamble are a few of the companies that are discussed in this episode.
