Giving Back

Why? “It is more blessed to give than receive”. Nearly every endeavor Les goes into has a giving back component.

How does he teach giving to his kids?

They follow a merit system which equals a certain amount of dollars per week (which can be added to or lost as “demerits”). Whatever they have left at the end of the week, 10% goes into a giving jar which at the end of the year is used for donating to a charity of their choice.

Big Challenge

Les has lost his fortune – twice. He got through it as a matter of faith. He always reminds himself that he’s been in tough situations before, as well as leaning on his Christian faith. He then has the fortitude to keep working through despite having fear, and do it with grace.

One thing you can do this week to move forward…

Regardless of what season you’re living in life, there is always some kind of struggle there. Get clear about what is important in your life first and start doing something, even if you don’t see results right away. If you start moving in a certain direction, you attract more to you.

He is also an investor and Director of Aquaceuticals, a company that owns and operates one of the largest Water plants in the Southern Hemisphere. He also does this in his role as Ambassador of the Worthy Cause Business, Buy1Give1 that is based in Singapore, and the Well Wishers Foundation of Australia.

Les’ strength and talent is leading teams to meet and solve challenges. He ‘connects’ people and is the glue that Inspires people to work together to achieve goals.

When not giving his focus to our Lord through working on the above, Les spends his time living between Hong Kong and Japan as an International Airline Captain, Investor, and father to 3 amazing boys.
