Biggest challenge so far…

Being true to himself. Being willing to constantly look at his own personal evolution. For example, rather than passing blame, taking a long hard look at how he contributes to a situation.

A lesson learnt:

Listening to yourself and your own body. People will often tell you to keep pushing forward, but the truth is that sometimes your body is telling you to slow down. Sometimes you need to accept where you are at, but that doesn’t mean you stop moving forward.

“Aha” moment:

To realize that life is really an emotional game. In Western culture we are becoming very disconnected from our emotions and living more superficial existences, played out in ‘likes’ on Facebook. If you get in touch with your own emotions you will get in touch with your own genius and understand your path.

What is exciting in Johnnie’s business?

He has an online underwear business that is doing well right now. Next year he will also be moving into corporate keynote presentations.

What can listeners do this week?

Recognize that you will go through a series of emotions through the course of the day. A great book to refer to is “Letting Go” by David Hawkins, This reminds you that you and I are not our emotions. You are pure energy who happens to be feeling that emotion!
