Classic Midnight Movie Club

Classic Midnight Movie Club

The second Breakfast Bar podcast

August 05, 2013

Dan and I recorded this after a lengthy chat about Back to the Future and I’m struck by the lack of quality compared to the first one. It’s all just a little subdued and my predilection for filling spaces with “um”.

Originally the podcast was billed with “Back to the Future” but we barely mention the film so I’ve taken the liberty to change the title.
“We’re unprofessional, we giggle at rude words that mean different things in other countries, I marginalise the Star Wars fandom, we stay completely off topic for at least 98% of the time.”
From the original post.
In the podcast we discuss movies that we’ll “never” review on the podcast:

Jaws (reviewed on 1/9/2010)
Ghostbusters (reviewed on 21/7/13 )
Groundhog Day (reviewing next on The Midnight Movie Club)
Jurassic Park
Star Wars (we had every intention to review it in an abandoned Star Wars marathon)
The Indiana Jones trilogy (reviewed on 6, 13 & 20/7/11)

Check out this classic (if not flawed) podcast that first aired 30th December 2009:
