We talk to Isha Renta, a Management and Program Analyst in the office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research at NOAA about adapting to a military mindset while working in the Navy, using a logic model to share NOAA's science successes, and how founding a nonprofit helped prepare her for leadership.


Isha is also the director and founder of Semilla Cultural, an organization that teaches, performs, and educates with Puerto Rican music and dance.
