We’ve had protests, riots and national discussions about race. What’s changed so far? Nothing. Many more young men and women have been killed by the police. Why? Because we as a country can’t separate emotions from reality, stereotypes from instincts or revenge from justice. It’s up to us as individuals to change our behavior and attitudes; everything else will fall into place when that happens.
