When it seems like there is no hope, there is God. Many times we pray, and it feels as if nothing is happening, but God is listening. He is working, and He is already on the way. When it comes to God, time has to be removed from the equation. God is not bound by time or seasons. The challenge is to stay focused on God in the delay. When we find ourselves in the delay, we need to surround ourselves with the right people who will stand and believe with us. The gap between the prayer and the answer is there to magnify the miracle of Jesus. The woman with the issue of blood was told she would never be healed; Jairus was told that his daughter was already dead; but Jesus showed up right on time to heal and restore for God’s glory and never His own.
