In this episode, we build on the paradox between control and influence.  We debate on the role these factors play in our personal life, professional life, and when we are building a business.  At the very core of branding is the concept of being authentic and bringing into alignment who you are and who you say you are.  We can control who we are but we can only leverage the things we control to influence people to believe that we are indeed who we say we are.
