In this episode, one of our BuildHers, Joni Burns, shares her journey selling a beautiful family home in Melbourne and buying a renovator in Brisbane via Facetime during the hard Melbourne lockdowns. With a 2 year old and 6 week old baby in tow, Joni shares how she navigated the stress and uncertainty of selling, buying and moving interstate during a pandemic.

To redesign your life into something different takes a lot of energy, creativity and rejigging… but it absolutely is possible! Together with her husband, Joni decided she wanted a change in lifestyle and made it happen.

We talk about some of the ups and downs and how the BuildHer Development for Profit course equipped her to pursue the lifestyle change she desired.

Joni’s journey is really inspiring and a great reminder that you’re in control of your own life. Just like redesigning your home, it will take planning, patience and creativity, but it is possible to make your life something you really love.
