Vivien Sharon is a passionate real estate broker based in the Yorkville area in Toronto. She specializes in city condos and urban homes.

Vivien is the author of the newly published book The Boomer's 7-Step Guide to Downsizing: Overcoming Fear & Discovering Freedom. With real tips and strategies, she guides you through the emotions of downsizing so you can transition to a joyful new life.

Vivien is a Master Accredited Senior Agent, a program that elevates the skills and knowledge of realtors, allowing them to provide specialized services to Boomers, Seniors and their families. She has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Master Certified Negotiation Expert designations and is a broker with Sotheby's International Realty Canada. 

Vivien is active in charity work. She is the proud mother of two sons and three granddaughters.
