People with insomnia and trouble sleeping are missing one piece of critical information that will help them sleep better: Their 'Sleep Type'. Knowing your sleep type can be the key to unlocking deep sleep for you. When you sleep better you are able to have more energy, think clearly, and live life again. The great news is finding out your sleep type is absolutely free.
