This week the Joshes and Jameson suddenly find themselves in deep waters (surrounded by sharks!) as they attempt to dive back into the subject of strategy board games. We discuss competition and how it relates to human nature, the effect that games can and do have upon us at a deeper level, and the importance of rest and play in a world obsessed with work and productivity. We also discover that on the spectrum between passive consuming and active creating there is a third something. We're still not sure what to call it, but it is closely related to board games and our love of creativity, curiosity, and discovery on the Both& podcast.
