Mike is out this week, so John and guest host Ainsley discuss another case of a gun owner prosecution in Atlantic County.  In this case, the gun owner pled guily, the Judge exercised some discretion, and now the prosecutor is seeking additional jailtime.  The next topic is related to Ferguson, and a somewhat philosophical discussion of events surrounding the shooting, though not necessarily the shooting itself.  Ainsley provides us with his perspective and relates what he heard from people on the ground there. Among the questions we address are: Is the tension that existed prior to the protests in Ferguson unique or common?  Are these issues really driven by race, or by location and experience?

On another note, something came up and John will not be attending GRPC as he had hoped.
