Honoree isn't your typical moody DJ-figure. She found her love for the sound through dancing until morning light on nothing but water, some shots and fantastic music. Unlike a lot of DJs, who seem to forget to enjoy themselves while on the job, Honoree never stops being a dancer at heart, even in the booth. Obsessed with digging through crates and online stores, her range goes from the deeper and soulful shades of house, all the way to dark and heavy techno-monsters designed to rip apart Berghain. Not one to be pigeonholed, she is always seeking out ways to make her sets more than just a collection of tunes and remains an enthusiastic learner. As a trained graphic designer, Honoree is working for numerous local and international promoters and labels, such as Resopal, Pyramids of Mars, Planet E, Running Back and Rekids.
