Then we move to the covenant with Abraham predicting the birth of Isaac. As always this is geared towards discussion in a small group of 7-17 adults. Of course I drew on insights of other scholars, as noted. This week’s bible study deals with questions of being chosen vs. not chosen; and what this passage teaches us about grace.
