In healthcare, Physicians - not executives, nurses, or politicians- hold the highest levels of licensing to do the most extensive levels of care. They are the ones who lead the procedural teams and make things happen. A lot of the culture and morale depends on the physician.

I am stepping away from other voices to urge physicians to work WITH Admins not perpetuating the "us vs them" default.

We need you - physician - at the table of leadership to create common sense policies that serve patients best.
