Given how difficult it is to hire the right people, it would make sense from a time and money aspect to invest some more energy into the onboarding of new recruits. Yet more often than I would like to admit, this does not seem to be the case. In many cases there is a Hire and Forget type of manner. In this podcast I will look into this topic in more detail and propose that we ought to take on a different mindset when hiring people, to improve the success rate.
