This week we explore the parable of the narrow door and the implications it has for Catholic teachers. For many years we may have assumed that everything will work out and that all our students will get to heaven with no questions asked. Perhaps many schools also decided that amidst the pressure for other outcomes it was easier to give up on the idea that we could offer our students a deep and robust catechesis.

This week we will explore the idea that we simply cannot give our students what we have not recieved ourselves. As Catholic educators we are, according to the Church, living catechisms that our students are reading every day.
