Habbit Factory and History

June 07, 2018

Lee Giles, Director of the Habbit Factory was live in the studio on the 29 May 2018.  He brought with him Hannah, choreographer, Lauren a volunteer and Alex and Caitlin two of the young performers that are due to be on stage on the 9th and 10th of June.  Lauren has been learning sign language especially for the show!
History a brand new production, written by members of the Habbit Factory will be coming to the Queens Theatre, Hornchurch.
History begins with pupils in the  classroom working on  their essays about their favourite moments in history.  Taking you on an exciting musical adventure.  Some of their facts are true… some are not. From the Big Bang, dinosaurs and Romans all the way to the world wars and Martin Luther King the Habbit Factory gives history and alternative view.
Bringing History to life!
The Habbit Factory is an Inclusive Theatre Charity working with children of all abilities for ages 6-17. We put on a minimum of one show a year as well as providing performing arts workshops for our members. In addition to teaching children acting, singing and dancing, we help our members to gain the confidence to perform in front of large audiences in local Theatres. Our staff adapt to the needs of the individual to provide them with a playful, fun and safe environment to learn about the performing arts industry. All of our members enjoy interacting with other children also interested in the arts.
Tickets are available on the Queens website or by calling the box office and start at £8 for concessions and £10 for everyone else.
