Yao Ming was born to be Chinese greatest basketball player. Both of his parents were professional basketball players in China but a young Yao Ming had troubles adapting to the sports early on. China’s harsh training methods took the interest away from Yao. It wasn’t until he saw the Harlem Globetrotters play in China that he then found fun back into what would eventually become his destiny; basketball.
