When it comes to American hardcore punk rock, Sick Of It All, are considered legends of the genre. The new book, "The Blood and The Sweat", tells the story of founding members and brothers, Lou and Pete Koller. I've really enjoyed reading this book so far. It's fascinating to learn what it was like growing up in the 1980s hardcore scene in New York. The Koller brothers are genuinely entertaining storytellers. It was an honor to be able to talk to them on, Pop-Punk & Pizza!
