Strength is still a requirement – and it’s making a comeback.

I recently attended an event that was supposed to be about heroes – big impact, big ideas. But guess what? The only next step was planning the next meeting. No action. Nothing gets shipped. No “done thing”.

What happens without the strength and ambition to DO? Give it 18 months and we’ll wonder why things didn’t happen. Drained of hope and certainty, we’ll quietly shut the initiative down. Put it on the pile of things we never accomplished.

The gift of agility is not to self-congratulate on big dreams. Making the dream REAL is the only marker of transformation.
