Atlanta Falcons at San Francisco 49ers: Week 16
Atlanta Falcons (4-10) at San Francisco 49ers (10-4): Week 16
Monday, December 23rd at 8:40pm ET - ESPN
The Atlanta Falcons (4-10) head to the West Coast to meet the San Francisco 49ers (10-4) in a rematch of the NFC Championship on the big stage - Monday Night Football. The season has been a great disappointment for the Falcons and its fans and this game certainly did not end up meeting its great expectations when scheduled. The Falcons can play the role of a spoiler here and look to gain momentum as they close out the 2013 campaign heading into next year with new hopes of turning it all around. The Falcons have won 4 out of the last 5 against the 49ers and have not lost in San Francisco since 2001. The last time the Falcons played at Candlestick they won 45-10 uner Matt Ryan in 2009. This is the last regular season game for the 49ers at its historic venue - Candlestick Park.
On this
edition of the Atlanta Falcons Tailgate

they
