Appreciate Your Mind
Appreciate Your Mind - Sept. 2, 2013
Given that it's Labor Day, for this week's program I talk about labor statistics; how poverty negatively effects the brain; the positive effects of listening to music; religion in the workplace; the "nullification" movement and it's similarities to the "sovereign citizen" movement; the triggers for moral behavior; and more! I play music from Roy Zimmerman, Talib Kweli, Chumbawamba and Ronnie Williams.
I broadcast from Radio CPR, 97.5 FM in Washington, DC, a commercial-free community station, and am M.J. Adams on the air. The program is also broadcast on WPRR in Grand Rapids, MI, 95.3 FM and 1680 AM, at 3 pm on Saturdays.
