About Dr. Greg Little: “Dr. Gregory L. Little received a Doctor of Education Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis. He is a Nationally Certified Psychologist (NAMP) and a licensed professional counselor and is the co-developer of Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT®). Dr. Little has published several hundred articles in criminal justice, psychology, and substance abuse treatment. He taught at Shelby State Community College, Louisiana State University-Shreveport, and served as the Director of Drug & Alcohol Programs for ten years at the largest correctional institute in Tennessee. He was the founding Editor of Recovery Times from 1990-92. Dr. Little has authored or coauthored over forty books including a variety of treatment workbooks and textbooks on psychopharmacology, criminal treatment, and counseling. His textbooks include Antisocial Personality Disorder and Criminal Justice (2010), It Can Break Your Heart (2000), Effective Counseling Approaches (1998), Crisis Intervention (1998), and Psychopharmacology (1997). Dr. Little is a coauthor of all of the MRT® treatment materials and has also written chapters in various other textbooks including Drugs of Abuse (1992) and Sexology (1987). He has been featured in over a dozen documentaries appearing on the National Geographic Channel, MSNBC, Discovery, the History Channel, the Learning Channel, BBC, SyFy, the Weather Channel, and Vision TV.”
