Show Notes

Okay, this has become a bad habit of mine somehow but for the segment on Days I kinda just dived into it without a spoiler warning, my bad. I’m normally good about that but since the end of last season I’ve been forgetting to give an audio cue in the actual episode regarding spoilers.
Luckily since I’m talking about episode 1 for both Flip Flappers and Girlish Number it wasn’t necessary to give a spoiler heads up since, well, everything in episode 1 is fair game for any anime.
I think starting this next week I’m going to start dropping material. There have been a ton of anime this season which I feel were average at best if not just plain sub par. Some that come to mind would definitely include Matoi the Sacred Slayer and Drifters. To be fair, the premise of Drifters is cool, but I thought it was poorly executed even if that’s a little harsh as a critique on a first episode.
Believe it or not I think I may very well keep Keijo this season. I think we can all agree that it’s not a top tier anime, but I’m not trying to pass it off as one either. It’s just dumb fun with a girl who somehow figured out how to use a Pokemon move (did anyone else think Iron Tail?).
One thing I will say is that Magical Girl Raising Project isn’t shaping up to be the show I wanted. I’ll go into more detail next week.
