Welcome to the first episode of Anime Complete!
Ok ok ok so, SO. I really wanted to call it Episode Zero but iTunes wasn’t going to play nice with that track number so yes, I know, in the audio I say “Episode zero”. The feds were gonna kidnap my cat if I didn’t change it, I swear!! And upload caps on hosting sites are a thing, who knew?
By the way, the podcast won’t be submitted to iTunes for approval until Episode 3 is ready to go on 8/11/16. I think it takes a few days after it gets submitted to be approved, so it might not show up on the Podcast app feed until that Saturday.
The show notes for this one are kinda short since it’s a small episode at just under 7 minutes, here they are:

* Episode lengths are planned to be kept within 30 – 45 minutes.
* First Impressions episodes at the beginning of new seasons will be split up into parts and be followed by episodes tracking shows that I keep.
* Reviews for a series as a whole will be released between seasons.
* Some shows may feature guest speakers, though this will be infrequent because of scheduling.
* Releases will be every Thursday morning with the exception of this week.

Episode 2 is already recorded and 90% edited but I gotta go to sleep for work in the morning, so yea, can’t post it tonight (8/4/16) unfortunately.
I know I’m behind on this season already, but I decided to launch the podcast anyways because it’s better to get things out the door than to sit on your ass all day until something is perfect, right? Right.
