On earlier podcasts we've made a number of references to the forgotten teachings of the Hebrew belief system. Dave mentioned a couple of doctrines that he believes were an important aspect of those ancient traditions.
ON HEAVENLY COUNTERPARTS:
"See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven THEIR ANGELS always see the face of my Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 18:10)
"When Peter came to himself, he said, "Now I am sure that the Lord has sent his angel and rescued me from the hand of Herod and from all that the Jewish people were expecting."When he realized this, he went to the house of Mary, the mother of John whose other name was Mark, where many were gathered together and were praying.And when he knocked at the door of the gateway, a servant girl named Rhoda came to answer. Recognizing Peter's voice, in her joy she did not open the gate but ran in and reported that Peter was standing at the gate.They said to her, 'You are out of your mind.' But she kept insisting that it was so, and they kept saying, 'It is HIS ANGEL!'" (Acts 12:11-15)
ON ANGELIFICATION:
"And Jesus said to them, "The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage,but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and to the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage, for they cannot die anymore, because they are EQUAL to angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection." (Luke 20:34-36)

The obscure subject of Angelification has to do with humans becoming angels at the resurrection (we reject this) and/or becoming equal in nature to angels/Elohim. This relates to the doctrine of deification or Theosis which is an important aspect of Eastern Orthodox Theology as well as the ancient Hebrew belief of Henotheism.

NOTE:Dave made a reference to Moses making a type of colloidal gold at Mt. Sinai after the Israelites fell into sin even though there is no evidence that he heated the water. (Ex 32:19-20) A crude form of colloidal gold, silver or copper can be made without boiling water or utilizing an electrical current by placing the metal object in a container of water for an extended period of time. One of the reasons this simple method works is because water is a strong solvent. A silver dollar can be used to delay bacterial growth in milk where refrigeration is unavailable. This method has been utilized in Third World countries as well as the pioneering days of the western U.S.
