Connie's family decided to visit the Skyline Caverns in Front Royal, Virginia for her birthday on April 20th. Ah yes, the spooky little town of Front Royal where everything is not quite right. Wrong Choice. Perhaps because caverns have ritual significance for Freemasons and other occultists, the usual suspects showed up for the second day in a row to try out some new head games on Connie and Rachel. This became so obvious at some point that Connie's mom "woke up" and realized that there was some kind of psychological operation being directed at her family whereas beforehand she would have been skeptical. Since the dark sorcerers already have a track record of manufacturing negative events on the 19th and 20th of April, we can assume these were a couple of power dates they just couldn't resist. No wonder Connie gets apprehensive about the approach of her birthday on that ominous day.
