Helen (of NOCHE Runners) joins us to talk about their ruck club. They have a small (but very dedicated) group that is getting out there and rucking, running, and brought home over 100 patches in 2018 for their club. Throughout the interview Helen gives us pieces of information that give a window into why their club is so successful.
