This odd looking, Lewis Carroll-obsessed neuroscientist has perfect mind control technology, and uses it for some of the darkest, most sinister reasons imaginable. He also spent some ill fated time with the Secret Six, has shown up in live action and animated television incarnations, and has also spent some time in the Arkham video games universe.
