This week, Cody and Steve recap E3 2015 and attempt to recover from the gauntlet that was this year's conference. So much incredible stuff happened this year and so many fantastic announcements were made. Here are some of our favorites:

Microsoft:

* Backwards compatibility is finally coming to the Xbox One! With over 100 titles available when the program has it's full launch in the Fall, the fans asked for it and Microsoft delivered.
* An all new Gears of War is coming to Xbox One in 2016.
* Rare is back on the good side of the development spectrum with a new IP called Sea of Thieves that looks like a massively online cooperative pirate adventure. What a time to be alive!
* The Kinect was pretty absent from the conference and that is OK by us.

Sony:

* Sony showed off a beautiful Uncharted 4 gameplay demo and it looks as amazing as we could have ever imagined. Troy Baker AND Nolan North? Yes, please.
* Sony announced that they will be doing a remake of [arguably] one of the greatest games in history, Final Fantasy VII.
* The Vita was pretty much ignored completely, leading many to believe that Sony has all but abandoned the handheld platform.

Nintendo: 

* A new entry in the Star Fox franchise was announced with crazy amounts of exciting things coming after nearly a decade without an original game.
* A new 3-player Legend of Zelda adventure is coming to the 3DS! No new footage from the untitled Zelda-Wii U, though.
* A Super Mario world creator is coming in September, giving players the ability to create Mario worlds in any of the iconic art styles that have graced the mustachioed plumber.

And last but absolutely not least, FALLOUT 4 was given a release date and they showed gameplay footage and Steve and Cody already bought the collector's edition.
