With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration focusing on accounting and finance from Grand Valley State University, Jessica began her career in public accounting, sales, and business banking, gaining over 10 years of experience in the industry. As her banking career progressed, Jessica noticed a need in the market to help business owners exit their businesses, especially baby boomers who were unsure about retirement succession planning.

Transitioning into business brokerage, she focuses on preparing sellers emotionally and operationally for the transition, emphasizing readiness and preparation. 

In addition to her brokerage role, Jessica has invested in Exit Factor, a consultancy firm helping businesses prepare for sale and navigate succession planning. Despite her busy schedule, she remains positive and focused, believing in growth, delegation, and teamwork to effectively serve clients and manage her various responsibilities.
