James is 41 years old and a long-time trucker.  The driver image is very important to him and he produces videos to combat the negative media image that is often portrayed. 
 
He feels that turnover and driver retention is the industry’s key issues and feel that the future of the industry should be very interesting, to say the least.  He strives to succeed by keeping safety-minded and seeking to finish his career well.
