In today’s 8N Project I sit down with our Head Coaches, Jay Montalvo and Ossie Alfonzo to discuss how we are taking on the CrossFit Games Open season.  With so many changes to the CrossFit Games format, the chances of any of our gym members making it to the Games are none to none. We talk with full disclosure on how we got 60+ members to register in less than a week.  It’s all fun and games!
