In today's Lunch & Learn we are going to talk about "The Comment That Clearly Shows The Problem! These topics are so hard to discuss because they hit at some very raw and open wounds for athletes, parents, coaches and parent-coaches. BUT - if we don't discuss these things the only people that really get hurt are the kids and that is unacceptable! So please - dive in with an open heart and mind so we can make sport the best place on earth for kids!

Lunch & Learn Wednesday is dedicated to providing insights into the hard topics that often require introspection. I remember using my lunch period as a teacher & coach as an opportunity to advance myself personally, in peace!
