We talk about her life as a lawyer and then as home renovation. She is happy and tells why along with amazing books she recommends. We talk about the crazy stories that she has on GOOD BONES along with amazing discoveries. We talk about little simple thing you can do to your own house to improve the value. This is a long podcast (over an hour), but full of great start as your outlook on life is outstanding. Karen even stayed on after we went of the air to talk about church and just the amazing things we have in life. This will take some time to listen, but will be engaging. I am now an even bigger fan of GOOD BONES on HGTV----- season 5 comes out on June 9th
