How to get started on a regular fitness routine?


The Hope:

A workout "hack", pill, or mindset will get me in shape


The Plan:

Creating a sustainable fitness program by owning where are and where we want to be, defining our fitness "Why?", getting a health screening, acquiring fitness education, getting perspective on goals, and getting moving and keeping going.
