When your house is a mess and super cluttered how do you feel? Do you believe that clutter has a profound effect on your mood and self-esteem? Even just cleaning for 5 minutes can help you feel so much better about your life. In this week's episode of The 365 Days Podcast Heidi and Karen discuss the topic of decluttering and mood. They offer tips on decluttering. One tip is "pledge to clear and clean your kitchen sink every day. It takes a couple of seconds more to place a dish in the dishwasher than dump it in the sink. A clean sink will instantly raise your spirits and decrease your anxiety." It's funny how a little thing like a clean kitchen sink can raise your spirits so much.

Each week on the 365 Days Podcast Karen and Heidi issue a challenge. This week the challenge is to spend 15 minutes each day decluttering your home. It may not seem like 15 minutes is enough time but you'll be surprised at what areas in your home can be organized in just a few minutes.
