It's November! And what does that mean? It means that the stores will be playing Christmas music while trying to stuff their holiday merchandise down your throat. No no no...that's not what November means! November is all about GRATITUDE, right? Remember the good old days of actually celebrating and thinking about Thanksgiving?

Karen's husband, Greg, came up with the idea of celebrating "No Negativity November." Every day he writes on facebook something positive and uplifting, often something he is grateful for. Wouldn't it be great if we could all take some time each day to reflect on the positive and something we are grateful for? This is the topic of The 365 Days Podcast this week.

One topic that we also touch on is "net energy givers" and "net energy suckers." When you are in the presence of certain people do you feel that your energy and will to live is being sucked away? These people are net energy suckers. They like to complain, they like being critical and they can hardly talk about any topic without bringing up a negative point. In contrast, can you think of someone in your life that breathes energy into your soul? They have a smile on their face, they lift others up and bring an aura of positivity into the room. These people are net energy givers. I want to be an net energy giver! What about you?!

Each week on the 365 Days Podcast we issue a challenge. This week the challenge is to keep a gratitude journal for the week. Write down on paper or electronically something that you're grateful for. This will boost your mood and help you focus on the positive.
